How to Apply
Once you have chosen your program, fill out and submit the application by mail along with the $395 payment ($95 non-refundable application fee + $300 program deposit).

*Note: The $300 program deposit is refundable only if your application does not meet admissions requirements. The $95 application fee is non-refundable.
Who can apply?
U.S. and international students who meet all three of the following criteria:
- are 16-18 years of age by the start of the program
- have completed their sophomore, junior or senior year of High School
- have a minimum 2.75 GPA
When should I enroll?
We recommend submitting your application as early as possible to ensure that you have the best chance of acceptance to our program. Please keep in mind our application deadline of April 15. After April 15, applications will be accepted on a space available basis.
What happens after I complete my application?
In addition to the application form, please mail an official transcript or student copy. Acceptance cannot be confirmed until a transcript has been received.
AIFS will process your application and send an acceptance package to your home address confirming your admission into the program. Itinerary and details on the AIFS medical and tuition fee refund insurance will also be sent.
Orientation materials are sent in the spring. Flight itineraries are sent approximately one month before departure. Information contained in this introductory website or in the brohure is of a general nature; particular details may vary.
Although students pre-register for courses on the application, final registration takes place on campus.
